For all US domestic orders, standard shipping is free via USPS Priority Mail. I make every effort to ship your package within 3 business days of receiving order confirmation.

International shipping is available via USPS First-Class International service. You will receive an email when your package ships, but I cannot provide an estimated delivery date or tracking information. Many countries assess customs fees on packages sent from the US. This is not accounted for in the shipping fee, so you would be responsible for sorting that out in your home country. Bootaboot Handmade is not responsible for any International packages that are held up in customs, lost, or damaged. Expedited services that include tracking are available upon request for an additional fee.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you encounter any problems with your bunny or her clothing/accessories, please reach out here.

 

Returns will be accepted if mailed within seven days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price (not including return shipping) will be promptly made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please notify me of any return so I can expect your package.

 

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
